Welcome to our website.

We have excellent Trout fishing facilities here, in unspoilt Warwickshire countryside.

Our new Top Lake is 4.5 acres and stocked with 80% Rainbow between 3 -10lb + and 20% Brown of minimum 1 1/2 - 2Lb. The original Heathcote Lake is a well stocked Three Acre still water lake. Its waters are stocked with Rainbow and Brown Trout varying from 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 lb.

Excavated in 1997, the depth varies from 10-20 feet. Both lakes are situated next to each other at Lower Heathcote Farm, near Warwick. The site is well maintained and with excellent facilities onsite, your safety and making your day out pleasurable is our priority.

Trout Fishing Experience is not necessary, we offer tuition for newcomers to our sport. We have visitors from all around the world who enjoy coming to the lake and we look forward to meeting you & your party.
