Caravan Certified Location

Whether your planning a Fishing weekend or just a holiday, Heathcote Lakes has two stunning Caravan sites. A 3.5-acre 5 Van CL site (certified location – Caravan members only) and a large Lakeside field with 16 marked out pitches overlooking the beautiful 4.5-acre Top Lake. The Lakeside field can accommodate up to 100 caravans and is available to all including non-members. Please note; the Lakeside field is an Adult only site.

Both sites are complete with refuse and recycling points, electric, water and elsan. There are currently no toilet or shower facilities.

Heathcote Lakes also caters for Tourer’s and large Motorhomes, both short and long stay, with excellent views of the two lakes. Call us now for details and availability.

We can arrange everything for you from rod and equipment hire through to tuition and guiding. Our experts can be on hand to ensure that you and your guests have a day to remember. Safety

Safety is very important to us and the lakeside is well maintained, with many safety features to ensure your visit is pleasurable including easy walkways, platform pegs, lifebuoys. The car park is in a secure area and access is strictly controlled by a computerised high security gate system & CCTV.

Visitors are requested to always report anything potentially hazardous however minor.

Nearby Facilities

We are situated very closely to the historic town & castle of Warwick, and Leamington Spa. The site is less than ten minutes from junctions 13 or 14 of the M40. There are several nearby garages, an out of town shopping centre, a nearby Golf Course, Hotels, Local & Town centre shops and more.
