Heathcote Lakes has many on site facilities available. These include:

• Reception/Shop offering rod and flies for sale, together with hot and cold drinks, confectionaries and unbeatable Foster's Traditional jam, chutney and pickle for that special treat;
• Situated on the premises is our 5 van CL site (certified location - caravan club members only). We can now offer additional parking for tourers overlooking our trout lakes. Exclusive to adults only and no pets.
• Corporate events for parties of 10-40 people;
• Lakeside Shelters;
• Easy parking;
• Coffee & tea making facilities;
• Food by prior arrangement etc;
• W.C. & cloakroom;

Safety

Safety is very important to us and the lakeside is well maintained, with many safety features to ensure your visit is pleasurable including easy walkways, platform pegs, lifebuoys. The car park is in a secure area and access is strictly controlled by a computerised high security gate system & CCTV .

Visitors are requested to always report anything potentially hazardous however minor.

Nearby Facilities

We are situated very closely to the historic town & castle of Warwick, and Leamington Spa . The site is less than ten minutes from junctions 13 or 14 of the M40 .
There are several nearby garages, an out of town shopping centre, a nearby Golf Course, Hotels,Local & Town centre shops and more.

Corporate Events

Corporate and organisation days are available for a maximum of 25 fishing persons.
Prices are for full day fishing and food as to your requirements.
Other meals and activities by arrangement.
We are very flexible please ask!
Experience not necessary, we offer tuition for those who are new to our sport.
